Support Contracts

Froude Hofmann support contracts are offered at three levels as described below, however we will customise our quotation to reflect your detailed requirements, and can provide most combinations and Customer specific features - right up to Froude Hofmann Platinum Support level which provides a commissioning engineer embedded full time on the customers site.

Bronze Support Contract

Number of systems to be supported


The Froude Hofmann Bronze Support contract provides full access to our Technical Support Helpdesk which is actively manned from 0700 - 2200 hrs UK time, Monday to Friday excluding national holidays. This service is provided by an experienced team of Froude Hofmann Engineers, and in turn they are supported by our Software and Design teams.

The prices quoted entitle the subscriber to 5% discount off our standard prices for spare parts and site services for the duration of the support contract.

Silver Support Contract

The Froude Hofmann Silver Support contract provides full access to our Technical Support Helpdesk which is actively manned from 0700 - 2200 hrs UK time, Monday to Friday excluding national holidays. This service is provided by an experienced team of Froude Hofmann Engineers, and in turn they are supported by our Software and Design teams. The customer is also entitled to 5% discount off our standard prices for spare parts and site services for the duration of the support contract.

The Froude Hofmann Silver Support Contract provides all the benefits of the Bronze Support Contract plus planned maintenance, to an agreed schedule of scope and timing, and Software bug fixes as they become available (within the existing hardware capability).

Gold Support Contract

The Froude Hofmann Gold Support Contract provides all the benefits of the Bronze and Silver Support Contracts plus software upgrades as they become available (within the existing hardware capability) and planned calibration of agreed channels traceable to national standards.

Platinum Support Contract

The Froude Hofmann Platinum Support contract provides a commissioning engineer stationed on your site. The Platinum Support Contract provides all the benefits of the Gold Support Contract with the additional benefit that the resident engineer is on hand to provide any support or training required during the contract period.
